CATA is excited to welcome Mark R. Kosieradzki Esq., who will present the following topic: “Combating Deposition Obstructions”  for our next CLE luncheon seminar on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 12:15-1:30 pm at the Ritz-Carlton in Downtown Cleveland.

Attorney Mark R. Kosieradzki is a trial lawyer from Minneapolis, MN who is recognized as one of the country’s leading authorities on deposition technique, strategy, and law.  He is the author of 30(B)(6): Deposing Corporations, Organizations & the Government, published by Trial Guides. His book Deposition Obstruction: Breaking Through has been described as the hornbook for dealing with deposition obstruction.

Mark has joined trial teams throughout the United States in a wide variety of wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, including malpractice, bad faith, construction injuries, nursing home abuse, interstate trucking accidents, and products liability.  His work on sexual abuse cases was featured in a CNN series on Rape in Nursing Homes and he has been described as “one of the nation’s most feared elder abuse litigators” by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Mark is also a past president of the Minnesota Association for Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice, is a past Chairperson of the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group, is a past president of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
