Attorney Richard Alkire has been practicing law for nearly 40 years and concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation and ethics and professional responsibility with the firm of Alkire & Neiding in Independence, Ohio.  In addition to being a past president of CATA, Richard was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Ohio Supreme Court from 1997-2006,  For two of those years, he served as Board’s elected chair.  He has been a Certified as a Civil Trial Law Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy for many years and has engaged in numerous CLE presentations on professional responsibility issues.
In his presentation, Mr. Alkire will address disciplinary issues and pitfalls specifically of concern to the Trial Attorney practice.
