CATA is excited to welcome David Pryor of David Pryor Mediation Services, who will discuss the Most effective Mediation Practices and Strategies for our next CLE luncheon seminar on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.

David has been a practicing Attorney in Ohio since 1985 and was a Partner at the law firm of Gallagher, Gams, Pryor, Tallan, Littrell in Columbus before beginning his Mediation and dispute resolution company.  During his more than 33 years of practice, David has developed a unique perspective and approach to dispute resolution based on his past experience representing both insurance companies as well as Plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters.

David will offer insightful tips and advice on:

– Preparing case for Mediation

– Preparing client for mediation

– Preparing mediator for mediation

– Understanding psychological aspects

– Creative options/alternatives for resolution

– Effectiveness of advocacy in mediation process
