I recently joined Spangenberg after a stint at a major defense firm and some time spent practicing on my own and considering my path. In that time, I realized the importance of working for justice for those who have been injured and holding those who inflict the injury accountable, lest it be visited on countless others.
I do continue to do business litigation, although now on behalf of plaintiffs; typically small or medium size businesses in disputes with major corporations or insurers. In addition, I work on consumer class action litigation, often involving financial products, and civil rights issues, often involving law enforcement.
